It has just been so very upsetting. Hours and hours that I counted on having to write in, just plain taken from me because I guess it's too hard for management at one of the largest academic hospitals and trauma centers in the southeast to just... hire more scrub techs. Please. Please hire more techs.... (No, what it is is it's cheaper to make us work endless overtime than hire expensive traveling techs that would make life here a little more humane ughhhhjjjj)

I feel like your last chapter is where you're gonna really incorporate the Trial by Fire prompt, so I'm sorry for the lower score there T_T but for what it's worth, this is a really great fic, and I can't wait for the last chapter <3
