So we have prompt voting till Wednesday 20th June. We could then look at having signups open until 30th June with prompts and teams being released on the 1 July. That gives people 10 days to sign up and gives us 10 days to decide what prompts we want to use once the theme is announced. We could have fics starting to be posted on 13th or 20th August to give people time to write. Voting and reviewing open till 31 August with winners announced 1 September.
