Format for Fics

Where can I post my fic?
We are asking for every writer to make a post here on the Kurofai DW so that all the votes will be here on the official DW to be counted. You can choose to post your full fic on your own DW or another hosting site such as A03 or FFN but remember you are still required to make a post here.

How do I format my fic?
If you are posting off site then you will need a link in your DW post and if you are posting on site then you will need to put it under a cut. Need help making a cut? Here are some options.

Team Machines please use the following format
Subject: [Team Machines] (Untranslatable Word) Your fic Title
And then copy and paste below but please fill out your specific info and preview before posting to check to see if everything is working.

Each story should have the official rubric included in the post, but here it is for your reference anyway:
1. How in-character was this fic? (1-10)
2. How well did this fic handle the prompt? (1-10)
3. How well did this fic fit their team’s theme? (1-10)
4. How much did you enjoy this fic overall? (1-10)
5. Was the my pic tagged correctly (Yes or No)

1 is poor and 10 is supreme

Who is allowed to vote?
Writers and mods are not allowed to vote. If you were a writer but then had to pull out of the competition, you can vote. If you are a DW user you can vote. If you are not a DW user you can vote but you will need to have link in your comment to some sort of social media so we can find you. We don’t accept totally anonymous votes, it must have some sort of identifier.

And just a reminder, if the fic is hosted on another site the votes on the official DW post will be counted only. If you leave scores on A03 or FFN it will not be counted.

We do greatly encourage you to leave comments for the authors though!

When is the end of the voting period?
There will be a two week voting period that will end Saturday, September 22 to give as much time for all these wonderful fics to be read and enjoyed! No need to rush our valued readers in making their scores.
