I don't usually care much for Star trek, but was very pleasantly surprised by your work! The thread of humor is good and strong and Fai's smiling panic was well portrayed. You managed to get the pacing just right for an episode length and it felt nicely contained. Well done bringing it back around to let Fai have agency to fight the virus at the end too.

This was probably my favorite of our entire team, even though there are so many great entries. I like the gentle banter between characters, I feel like you captured that perfect in-the-middle-of-things tone of a Star Trek episode or of the actual Tsubasa manga, and I enjoyed the plot so very much! This version of Fai is very different from his usual self, but I felt like the rationale behind it was extremely clear and well-explained. I liked how this set the story apart- while it's not "in character" in the sense of being an exact match for canon, it's 100% in-character for matching the changes of this setting and these events, compared to the original. (if it's an AU, the development of the characters HAS to be somewhat different...but I felt like there was never any doubt in my mind who anybody was or why they were acting the way they did, even though they were different due to those changes.)
