Everything after that was just fate, as Tomoyo would say with that smile in the corner of her mouth.

The purpose of ninja is to be a weapon, it's one of the first things you learn when you start out.

The only light source is the bedside light directly in front of Kurogane, and the splash of colour it reveals across his chest and shoulders is made all the more magnificent by his posture.

'tis is a sad truth however that for every fair princess and handsome prince there is a wretched villain, and not all hearts were gladdened to see her joy.

"Sometimes I hate you," Kurogane said, through gritted teeth, but he didn't push Fai away as his hand crept south and so Fai took it as a victory.

The foolish friendly smile had faded from Fai's expression; he looked focused, intent, and his ministrations were gentle but firm.
♥ When I'm falling I'm at peace, R.
He pressed a kiss to the back of Kurogane's knuckles and knelt there, the moonlight shining through the thin walls, and alone in the dark he began to talk.
With that out of the way, HI EVERYBODY (Hi, Doctor Reikah*)! How would you feel about a fluff vs angst (or a variant on that nature, an AU vs Canon Olympics) contest in January after the holiday season has expired?
