When/how did you start shipping Kuro/Fai? oh man i'm not even sure it's been over...6 maybe 7 years. maybe longer. i got into them after talking to people on certain forums.
Favorite obscure Kurogane/Fai fanfic? I recently read "the bright edge" by aliferlia on AO3 and it BROKE MY HEART.
What world would you like to see the boys visit? Dude it'd be so cool if they'd visit the Angelic Layer/Chobits verse in canon.

When/how did you start shipping Kuro/Fai? I think I've shipped them since I first read Tsubasa, which was when it was first being serialized in the US, around 2004 or 2005, I don't remember. I just remember being pretty young at the time...
Favorite obscure Kurogane/Fai fanfic? I'm not entirely sure what's gonna be counting as "obscure" here, but my favorite right now is the Fifteen Mokona on a Dead Man's Chest series of fics on Ao3 (& Dreamwidth I think also).
What world would you like to see the boys visit? Maybe somewhere.... like... similar to the universe of Treasure Planet? Flying ships and machines, like Piffle, but with a more steampunk flair? I'm not describing this right. ;; Hopefully someone will understand, haha.

When/how did you start shipping Kuro/Fai? I think the anime first season got me started, and by the time the manga got me sinking, there was no turning back, there will be no White Flag. I am going down with this Ship.

There was that one with Kuro and the twins as spirits of nature -really KuroFaiYuui, but I think that was one of my intro into this fandom's nsfw stuff, it's been a while, and now I can't find it :( . What's your favorite Kuro/Fai moment from the series? I have to choose ONE? I've always had a soft spot for the bar in Outo I guess. Also, for ANGST PURPOSES, Kurogane's arm is always a classic.

I started reading TRC when I was about 14 and I think I refused to ship it at first (gotta love that internalized homophobia) and I'm pretty sure it was the first non-het ship I actually got into? I feel like I ran out of fic that wasn't KuroFai and then slowly realized that I really actually shipped it.
Favorite obscure Kurogane/Fai fanfic? uhhh. I have no idea if I could find this again but there was this ridiculous like Wizard of Oz fusion crackfic type thing on ffn in the Old Days (maybe 2009/10??) and it was absolutely hilarious. I'd say it qualifies as obscure. I don't even remember the title but it must have made an impression on me.

Like, I thought they had chemistry from the beginning, and I'm fairly certain my dear friend conned me into reading TRC with the promise of delicious shipping, but on my own I got to Outo and I thought, "yes, boys, way to be heterosexual around each other *cough* DAS GAY *cough*" and started shipping them like burning.
Favorite obscure Kurogane/Fai fanfic? It's not obscure, but many newbies may not have read it... "Freefall" by farenmaddox on ff.net is a thing of beauty. Read it.
What world would you like to see the boys visit? Oooh, I have so many. At the moment, I would say Soul Eater, because I'm currently finishing reading it.

Other Manga/Anime you like: Uh, see above. ^^;; That said, I do heartily recommend Toriko for non-stop shonen fun with monsters (EAT WHAT YOU DEFEAT), Listen To Me Girls, I Am Your Father, for surprising heartwarming with a university student raising his nieces, Aria for extremely peaceful girls learning about gondolas, and Rurouni Kenshin for classic anime storytelling and samurai. Stray Little Devil is an excellent yuri manga that needs more love, as well.
Other Non-anime you like: I really like the MCU movies, and I watch a lot of kids movies. Also, Welcome to Night Vale is my jam.

What's your favorite Kuro/Fai moment from the series? I don't know if it's my absolute fave, but the first one that comes to mind is Kurogane sweeping Fai off the pedestal in the demon woman's acid cave. "You're an idiot and annoying as hell, but damn it, you are not going to die on my watch!" Given the amount of animosity flying between them, it would have been completely in the realm of possibility for Kurogane to just let him turn into a melty puddle of goo. But he didn't... Let's just say that it's definitely the moment where I realized that my shipping them was going to be utterly inevitable (not that I hadn't seen the warning signs earlier).
When/how did you start shipping Kuro/Fai? Kind of touched on it above, but I can't remember what made me pick up the manga in the first place.
Favorite obscure Kurogane/Fai fanfic? Oh man, obscure? I am so bad at reading fanfics that I have nothing to add here. I will, however, be combing these comments for recs.
What world would you like to see the boys visit? I've always really wanted a world where everyone is incapable of lying - either they simply can't or the consequences are too severe to even consider it. Fai would, of course, speak truths without ever really revealing anything, but it would be fascinating to watch him deal with it.

When/how did you start shipping Kuro/Fai? So I started the series very late in 2010. I borrowed the mangas from the library. In the preview from Vol. 6 Fai is injured and Kurogane looks at him with annoyance and concern. And then he slays more oni. His OBVIOUS protective eyes and body expression made me shriek and I jumped on ship so fast.

Favorite obscure Kurogane/Fai fanfic? There was one I read three or four years ago. It was a oneshot and it dealt with Suwa, and Kurogane dying of old age or something. I was on the bus when I read it, and I wept like a baby. Can't remember what it's called, though.

What world would you like to see the boys visit? Probably like Doctor Who or MCU or something ridiculous

What's your favorite Kuro/Fai moment from the series? As weird as this is, I may actually go with the fight in Celes. It's not a 'shipping' moment, for obvious reasons, but ... wow. I think it was important to see that no matter the great lengths Kurogane will go to, and the sacrifices that he will make, that at the end of the day the only person who can rescue Fai is himself and there are boundaries to what Kurogane can take. They often act like superheroes and they often seem too perfect, and they are so so so human when they have both finally snapped enough to start hurting each other.
When/how did you start shipping Kuro/Fai? To be honest, it wasn't until after I completely finished the series (which was only a couple of months of reading). I didn't want spoilers so I wasn't looking into fandom at all, and I didn't actually know anything about manga as a medium at the time so there was a lot I didn't pick up on at first. But after I read a couple of blog posts after finishing, the realization hit me all at once, and I had to re-read the whole thing with different eyes and it was so much better the second time.
Favorite obscure Kurogane/Fai fanfic? Hoooo boy, who remembers 'the execution of all things' by damalur from back in the day? That messed me up back then, yo.

I like MCU and had a brief romance with SnK, and I think pretty much all TRC fans are into the CLAMPdom in general, right? Havemercy/Volstovic Cycle keeps calling me, and I'm saving all her voice messages, but I haven't called her back yet.

Fullmetal Alchemist because how could I not list it? I also highly recommend Shinsekai Yori, if you're okay with gore and psychological horror, wow.

Just a fun crossover between Star Trek DS9 and TRC that I always go back and read. I adore everything this stands for. This one was written before the manga was completed but it doesn't conflict too much with later events.

-When/how did you start shipping Kuro/Fai? i think in middle school i was reading the tokyo arc and i realized how much kurogane cared about him?? by the time fai cried because he thought kurogane was dead i was like 'yeah. yeah. okay. they care about each other in like, a gay way.'

-What world would you like to see the boys visit? that time they skipped in clow when kurogane was recovering. make that like a ten-chapter thing where they talk and get really close again
