2015 KuroFai Olympics - Prompt Allocation Post!

Hello CLAMPers! It's Friday the 8th, and that means the prompt claiming period is over! Below you'll find the listings of who on each team has claimed which prompt, in no particular order:

Now, before I write up the posting schedule, I need to know if anyone has any conflicts in terms of unavailabilities or prior engagements. Our posting period spans the eight days of June 1st to June 8th, inclusive, with the first prompt posted on Day 1, June 1st, and the final prompt posted on Day 8, June 8th. (Yes, I totally started the posting period on the 1st to take advantage of the dates. Sue me.)

If you are not available to post on any of the dates of this period, please tell me now; I will endeavour to accommodate you as best as I can. That said, someone does have to go first, and if we have any brave volunteers prepared to gird their loins and step up to the challenge (and/or get it over and done with as quick as possible so they can settle back and cheer on their teammates) I'd love it if you could put your name forward too.

With luck, assuming no conflicts, I'll be able to juggle everyone into a proper posting schedule, which I will post up as soon as I have it- most likely sometime on Saturday. However, you're more than welcome to start writing on your prompt as soon as it's settled- and for our first-time Olympians, I would highly recommend it. You need all the time you can beg, borrow or steal!

I'm also really glad to see the Team threads posted up in the community; please don't be afraid to chat to your teammates, and get to know each other better! You're in this together, after all, and you should all have each other's backs!

I'd like to go late-ish rather than earlier due to the enormity of my noobitude, but (as far as I know now) I have no actual scheduling issues that would prevent me posting on any of those days.

I'm going to try and put the more experienced participants first, allowing for more time for the newbies. But really, going close to the start isn't that bad- it can be a relief getting your fic posted and done with! :)

Saturday the 6th won't be a great time for me to post since I will be hella busy with work the whole day.

It was pretty nice to finish first last year and get it over with so I can cheer on the rest of my team and feast on ongoing fics.

Though to be honest, I'm nervous about making it on time by the first posting date. This month is ridiculously busy and I hope I can get used to writing at night after work. (Actually this weekend I am aiming to get on a really good start since it's a very tame weekend.)

Like it I went mid week (june 3rd or 4th) that would be nicer?? But if literally the 1st doesn't work for any other pair, then I'll do my best!

I've got you down as going first for the moment, as we've got a lot of new participants this year, but if you really think you need longer, let me know by Sunday night your time, and I will swap you with someone later before I post up the calendar :)

Also, I am totally up for helping out as a beta, if you need one; I'm happy to help you get your fic/be a supportive idea bouncer-off-er if you need one!

I will be driving home for 14 hours on the 5th, so that day wouldn't work for me, unless I stopped off at a starbucks. Other than that, I'll be good I think :)

Don't be scared! I went first last year and it was a relief to get it done, even if I technically had less time to write. And remember, your whole team will be there cheering you on too!

I would greatly prefer a Friday/Saturday/Sunday Sydney time due to really long uni days [thanks, geographical isolation and awkward interstate commuting], but I will probably still be able to work with anything. I wasn't sure whether to post this because it's not completely urgent that my prompt be on one of those days, but I'll leave it here anyway, in case you're able to schedule it that way.

I will do my best to accommodate! Just because it's not urgent doesn't mean you don't deserve a fair go, so thanks for letting me know!

And as Sydney time, you're well ahead of the curve by several hours, which technically means you get longer anyway (the one and only advantage of being in Australia when it comes to international timezones lol)

June 6th would be a terrible posting date for me since we're going to celebrate my grandparent's 60th wedding anniversary and it's a big thing, so I'll probably be away all afternoon till late in the night
