2013 Spring Olympics: finalising teams

Hello everybody! Today is the last evening to sign up for the Kurofai Olympic challenge before I post the theme list. Since I'm in the UK and we're running on Californian time for this contest, however, I won't actually be awake when the 'day' officially draws to a close (at midnight PST, or 8am GMT tomorrow), so I took the liberty of drafting a preliminary list for the team standings. If you signed up as 'undecided,' or offered to be our pinch-hitter/understudy, please check the list below the cut!

The sign-ups are still open and will be for another 12 hours from the time of this post going up, so if you haven't already signed up, feel free to do so & we'll do our best to work you in. If nobody else signs up, then the above team list is the final one we'll be using.

Edit: 11am GMT - Sign ups are now closed. Team lists have been modified & are final. Themes will be posted this evening at around ~9:30pm GMT (1:30pm Los Angeles, 8:30am Sydney, 5:30am Perth/Malaysia).
